1. Definitions

1.1. In the following agreement, the following expressions, terms and words will be used and will have the following meanings:

1.1.1. "We", "Us", "Our" Refers to the Festival Park Owl Sanctuary.

1.1.2. "The Site", "Web Site" Refers to the Festival Park Owl Sanctuary web site, www.theowlsanctuary.co.uk or any alternative as such including any sub domains, directories and files.

1.1.3. "You", "User" Refers to you or a visitor to the web site.

1.1.4. "Visitor" refers to a third-party accessing the web site.

1.1.5. "Outage", "Downtime" Refers to a period of time where the web site is unavailable to be viewed.

1.1.6. "Provider" Refers to an organisation that providers and OpenID.

1.1.7. MySQL is the database software that drives the web site

1.1.8. PHP is the coding software that drives the web site.

1.1.9. RPXNOW Refers to the third-party software used to enable OpenID access.

1.1.10. OpenID Refers to the third-party organisation and initiative that powers the user system on this site.

1.2. Specific details including but not limiting to, the number of birds, may be out-dated and should be accepted that it is pending an update.

1.3. Headings are used throughout the following agreements and policies for the purpose of reference and don't actually form part of the agreement.

2. Introduction

2.1. The Site is operational under the terms and conditions of Open Source Hosting Solutions, the hosting company of the web site.

2.2. The Site is also operation under the terms and conditions of Neopian.co.uk, the reseller, operating on behalf of Open Source Hosting Solutions. Hosting Solutions.

2.3. The Site is accessible to you on condition of the terms as laid out on this page. If you disagree of these terms and agreements, please leave the site.

3. Your Details

3.1. Upon visit to this web site, your details are recorded by Google Inc. on behalf of The Festival Park Owl Sanctuary in order to record site popularity and geographical information. No information is collected other than that publicly available through your Internet access, including but not limiting to, your web browser, your IP address and an approximate location.

3.2. You are freely available to edit the details stored by us by logging in. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

3.3. By using this site you are agreeing for your details to be passed onto any relative Governement agency or authory including but not limited to, the Police or schools, as requested by the relevant agencies.

4. Acceptable Usage

4.1. By using this web site you are agreeing to the following conditions in terms of use;

4.1.1. You will not abuse any features that enable you to freely enter information, that will then be available to the general public, including but not limited to the Guestbook, by agreeing to the following:

4.1.1.1. You will not use any words which may cause offence.

4.1.1.2. You will not post url's to any web site, including non-offensive sites. All links are prohibited from public view for the safety of the General Public.

4.1.1.3. You will abide by the laws of England and Wales as set by the Great British Government and Welsh Assembly Government.

4.1.1.4. You will use these features for the purposes intended, including but not limited to the guestbook for expressing comments on the Sanctuary itself and not as a communication tool.

4.1.2. You will not abuse any loophole in the terms and conditions as laid out on this page, but will inform the relative person immediately.

4.1.3. You will not attack the server in any way which could cause outage of downtime.

4.2. You are agree to inform the web master of any errors in the code of the site or in the database immediately to prevent further problems.

5. Membership

5.1. Membership of the web site does not make you a member of the Festival Park Owl Sanctuary itself.

5.2. Membership is free of charge and users are entitled to sign up for free based on their providers terms and conditions.

5.3. You agree not to exploit any loophole in the coding of the side to access non-available features, including but not limited to, administration features.

5.4. You to use all features available in accordance to the relevant section of this terms and conditions, including but not limited to, section 4.1.1.

6. Gallery

6.1. By uploading photographs to the gallery as a registered member through your OpenID Provider, you agree to section 6. of this agreement.

6.2. The photo you upload must not offend any one in any one.

6.3. There must be no words present in the photograph itself except copyright and/or a title.

6.4. Photographs cannot contain any web addresses.

6.5. Photographs cannot contain any prices.

6.6. Photographs are accepted based on judgement by an administrator. The decision made is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.7. Titles and descriptions cannot contain any thing offensive including but not limited to, swear words.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. All details supplied by your OpenID provider are discarded, other than those displayed to you upon registration.

7.2. All details stored by us, can be accessed and edited by you.

7.3. Some details such as name and location, are publicly available through the guestbook and gallery.

7.4. All guestbook comments are submitted at your own risk and are in accordance of Section 4 of these terms.

7.5. Guestbook comments make your name and location publicly available, as well as your comment. IP and email are available to administrators only.

7.6. The Gallery publishes your name and the uploaded photograph only.
