The Owl Sanctuary itself is just down the hill from the Festival Park Factory
Shopping Outlet. We are sign posted from the car park. Find Massarella's,
the café, and follow the hill down. We are located on the corner.
Ebbw Vale Parkway Train Station
Trains are run by Arriva Trains Wales. The time table is as follows:
Trains run hourly from 06:40 to 22:40 (Leaving Ebbw Vale), and 07:35 to 22:35
(Leaving Cardiff).
Please adjust the hours to suit yourself between the hours above. The timetable
is laid out for Outward to be Ebbw Vale to Cardiff, and Inward Cardiff to Ebbw
Vale.

Heads of the Valley (A465)
The Heads of the Valley (A465) can be accessed in various locations.
Follow signs for "Ebbw Vale" or "Festival Park", often symbolised by a clown-type
figure.
When you reach the Ebbw Vale roundabout, take exit onto A4046, following
through Ebbw Vale town. Festival Park is approximately 3miles south from
the Heads of the Valley road.
M4 Motorway
Leave the M4 at junction 28, travel north on A467 to Aberbeeg, then left onto
A4046 signposted Ebbw Vale.
Buses
A variety of buses come to Ebbw Vale, and most call to the Festival Park.
X18 leaves hourly
from Newport bus station. A local bus service serving the valleys around Ebbw
Vale also calls at the centre (E3 and E4).
